TECHNICAL AREA
The present invention relates to a sanitary article arrangement according to claim 1 and a method for assembling a sanitary article arrangement according to claim 15.
STATE OF THE ART
In general, wall-mounted sanitary ware such as a bidet or a toilet can only be installed at an assembly height. The mounting height is defined on the one hand by the wall-side bearing point and on the other hand by the mounting openings provided in the sanitary article for mounting the sanitary article at the bearing point. A desired installation height can therefore only be set in the shell.
PRESENTATION OF THE INVENTION
It is an object of the present invention to provide a sanitary article arrangement which allows flexible and simple assembly of a sanitary article.
This object is achieved by a sanitary article arrangement according to claim 1. A sanitary article arrangement is specified which attaches a fastening element for fastening the sanitary article to a sanitary article, in particular a bidet or a toilet bowl or a urinal or a washstand, with a receptacle which extends in the vertical direction in the installed position and extends through a rear wall of the sanitary article a building-side bearing, at least one position element which can be inserted into the receptacle and has a through opening, and at least one locking element which can be inserted into the through opening of the position element. The position element and the locking element each have at least one engagement structure which can be brought into and out of engagement with one another. In a fixing position in which the engagement structures are in engagement with one another, the position element is fixed with respect to a displacement with respect to the locking element along the vertical direction. In an adjustment position in which the engagement structures are disengaged, the position element can be moved along the vertical direction relative to the locking element, as a result of which an installation height of the sanitary article with respect to the bearing point on the building side can be adjusted.
That is, by moving the position element along the vertical direction, a vertical distance between the position element and the locking element is set. As will be explained in more detail below, the locking element is connected to the bearing on the building side. Because the position element is mounted in the sanitary article, a vertical displacement of the position element relative to the locking element leads to a vertical displacement of the sanitary article relative to the storage location on the building side. As a result, a desired mounting height of the sanitary article can be set by a corresponding vertical displacement. This arrangement of sanitary articles thus allows simple and flexible adjustment of the mounting height of the sanitary article.
Preferably, the position element and the locking element or the engagement structures are designed such that a vertical displacement in a range of 2 cm to 6 cm, in particular 4 cm is possible. This can be realized in that the through opening in the position element seen along the vertical direction has a clear width of 2 cm to 6 cm, in particular 4 cm, so that the position element can be displaced by this area with respect to the locking element.
The locking element preferably comprises a through-opening and the fastening element can have at least one fastening section which extends at least partially through the through-opening of the locking element, the fastening element being rotatably mounted in the sanitary article with respect to an axis of rotation running perpendicular to the vertical direction and by rotation in at least a first rotational position and can be brought into a second rotational position. The locking element is preferably prevented from moving along a horizontal direction running parallel to the axis of rotation in the first rotational position and is displaceably mounted on the fastening section with respect to the horizontal direction in the second rotational position.
The sanitary article arrangement is preferably in the fixing position when the fastening element is in the first rotational position and the sanitary article arrangement is preferably in the adjustment position when the fastening element is in the second rotational position.
That is, the fastener is in the first rotational position, the sanitary article arrangement is in the fixing position, the engagement structures of the position element and the locking element are in engagement with one another and wherein a displacement of the locking element in the horizontal direction is impossible. The engagement between the engagement structures prevents displacement of the position element relative to the locking element along the vertical direction. As will be explained later, the fastening element, in particular its fastening section, prevents the locking element from moving horizontally out of the through opening of the position element, as a result of which the engagement between the engagement structures is not released. If the fastening element is in the second rotational position, the sanitary article arrangement is in the adjustment position, the engagement structures of the position element and of the locking element being disengaged and displacement of the locking element along the horizontal direction being possible. If the locking element is now displaced in the horizontal direction, the engagement between the engagement structures on the position element and on the locking element is released, as a result of which the position element can be displaced in the vertical direction.
The fastening section can be designed to be elastic and the locking element can have an active section which is designed such that a radial distance of the fastening section with respect to a central axis running through the fastening element can be changed when the fastening element rotates. The fastening element preferably comprises a multiplicity of fastening sections, in particular in the form of spring arms, the multiplicity of fastening sections being arranged essentially concentrically with respect to the central axis.
On the fastening section, a tab can be formed and the locking element, in particular its active section, can have at least one stop section and at least one release section, wherein in the first rotational position a stop is formed between the tab and the stop section so that the locking element is displaced is prevented along the horizontal direction, and wherein in the second rotational position the stop between the tab and the stop portion is canceled so that a displacement of the locking element along the horizontal direction is made possible.
In the case of one or more fastening sections in the form of elastic spring arms, the tabs are preferably formed on the free ends of the spring arms. Through its stop sections, the active section provides a stop for the tabs, which prevents the locking element from moving horizontally out of the position element. As a result, the engagement between the engagement structures on the position element and on the locking element remains, whereby a vertical displacement of the position element is prevented. By means of the release sections, the stop between the tabs and the stop sections is canceled, so that a horizontal displacement of the locking element out of the position element and consequently a vertical displacement of the position element is possible.
The release section can have at least one sliding surface, along which the tab is slidable when the fastener is rotated from the second rotational position to the first rotational position, the radial distance of the tab with respect to the central axis continuously increasing, and along which the tab upon rotation of the fastening element from the first rotational position into the second rotational position, the radial distance of the tab with respect to the central axis continuously becoming smaller. By means of the release sections, in particular their sliding surfaces, the radial distance between the tabs can be reduced to such an extent that the stop between the tabs and the stop sections is eliminated. The elastic fastening sections with their tabs are to a certain extent radially compressed by the active section of the locking element. When the fastener is rotated in the opposite direction of rotation, the spring arms with their tabs return to the original position in which the stop sections form a stop for the tabs.
The engagement structure of the position element is preferably provided in the form of a toothing extending along the vertical direction, which is arranged in the region of the through opening of the position element, and the engagement structure of the locking element is preferably provided in the form of a latching lug, which is on an outer surface of the Locking element is arranged.
Particularly preferably, two teeth are provided in the area of the through opening of the position element on opposite sides and the locking element has on its outside two opposing locking lugs. The length of the toothing in the vertical direction essentially defines the area around which a height adjustment of the sanitary article is possible. In other words, the locking element can be used at different heights, which are determined by the type and length of the toothing, by means of its locking lugs. This position then specifies the installation height of the sanitary article.
The position element is preferably insertable into the receptacle in such a way that the fastening section of the fastening element is guided through a slot in the sanitary article, through the receptacle, through the through opening in the position element and through the through opening in the locking element.
That is, the sanitary article can comprise at least one slot into which the receptacle opens, the position element being inserted into the receptacle and the locking element being inserted into the through-opening in the position element such that the fastening section of the fastening element passes through these components becomes.
[0018] The locking element can be essentially completely receivable within the through opening of the position element. With the exception of the active section, the locking element is preferably received completely in the through opening of the position element.
The shape of the receptacle is preferably essentially complementary to the shape of the position element, the position element preferably being completely receivable in the receptacle and / or the position element preferably completely filling the receptacle. For example, the position element and the receptacle could each have an essentially elliptical shape. For example, the through opening of the position element can be delimited by an elongated, elliptical edge and the receptacle in turn has clear widths which essentially correspond to the geometric dimensions of the edge of the position element. This enables the position element to be essentially completely accommodated in the receptacle and to essentially completely fill the receptacle. This means that the edge of the position element comes into contact with the side surface of the sanitary article that delimits the receptacle. It is conceivable that the edge of the position element can be accommodated in the receptacle with a precise fit and essentially without play. In other words, the position element can be positively received in the receptacle and thereby fixed in it. On the other hand or in addition, it is conceivable that the position element via connection structures such as Projections, which with corresponding connection structures such as Interaction of recesses in the receptacle and thereby enable (additional) fastening of the position element in the receptacle.
The fastening element may further comprise a bearing rod which extends through the receptacle, the through opening of the position element and through the locking element, in particular through the through opening of the locking element, and wherein the fastening portion of the fastening element is preferably radially spaced from the bearing rod with respect to the central axis is arranged.
The bearing rod is preferably a threaded rod and can be connected to a counterpart mounted in a stationary manner on the building side. The fastening element preferably also has a holding element which interacts with the bearing rod. The holding element is preferably a threaded element which can be actuated with a tool.
Preferably, the fastening element further comprises an actuating rod, an actuation of the actuating rod causing the fastening element to rotate about the axis of rotation. The operator can thus grasp the actuating rod and pivot it about the axis of rotation, the fastening element being transferred into the first rotational position or into the second rotational position and vice versa, depending on the pivoting direction.
The locking element is preferably slidably but not rotatably mounted in the sanitary article with respect to the position element and the fastening element, and / or the positioning element is preferably slidably but not rotatably mounted in the sanitary article with respect to the locking element and the fastening element, and / or the fastening element is preferably rotatable but not slidably mounted in the sanitary article with respect to the position element and the locking element.
A method for assembling a sanitary article arrangement as described above comprises, in a first step, the pre-assembly of the sanitary article at the storage location on the building side and in a second step by advancing the position element, the setting of a desired mounting height of the sanitary article.

DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
In Figures 1 to 9, various aspects of a sanitary article arrangement according to the invention are discussed, the installation height of which is adjustable with respect to a storage location on the building side. The storage location on the building side is not shown in the figures. The storage location on the building side is, for example, a mounting frame or some other fastening structure.
As can be seen in particular from FIGS. 1 to 4, this sanitary article arrangement 1 comprises a sanitary article 2 in the form of a bidet, which here comprises two receptacles 21 extending in the vertical direction V in the installed position. These receptacles 21 extend through a rear wall 22 of the sanitary article and each open into a slot 23 in the rear wall 22, which also extends along the vertical direction V. In the installed position, the sanitary article 2 rests with the rear wall 22 on the wall of the building. Furthermore, the sanitary article arrangement 1 here comprises two position elements 4, which can each be inserted into one of the receptacles 21 and each have a through opening 41. In addition, two locking elements 5 are provided here, each of which comprises a through opening 51 and which can each be inserted into the through opening 41 of a position element 4. As will be explained in more detail in connection with FIGS. 6 to 9, the fixing element 5 has at one end an active section 53 with a plurality of stop sections 54 and release sections 55 arranged alternately to one another.
Both the position element 4 and the locking element 5 each have engagement structures 42, 52 which can engage with one another and can be disengaged. In a fixing position in which the engagement structures 42, 52 are in engagement with one another, the position element 4 is fixed with respect to a displacement relative to the fixing element 5 along the vertical direction V. In an adjustment position, in which the engagement structures 42, 52 are disengaged, the position element 4 can, however, be displaced with respect to the locking element 5 along the vertical direction V, as a result of which an installation height of the sanitary article 2 with respect to the bearing point on the building side can be adjusted. As can be seen in particular from FIGS. 2 and 4, the engagement structure 42 of the position element 4 can be a toothing which extends on both sides in the area of the passage opening 41 in the vertical direction V along the passage opening 41 of the position element 4. The engagement structure 52 of the locking element 5 is provided here in the form of two locking lugs, which are arranged diametrically opposite one another on an outer surface 57 of the locking element 5.
The shape of the receptacle 21 is essentially complementary to the shape of the position element 4. Here, the position element 4 and the receptacle 21 each have an elongated, elliptical shape. As can be seen, for example, from FIGS. 2, 3, 5 and 6, the through opening 41 of the position element 4 is delimited by an elongated, elliptical edge 43. The receptacle 21 in turn has a clear width which essentially corresponds to the geometric dimensions of the edge 43 of the position element 4. This enables the position element 4 to be essentially completely accommodated in the receptacle 21 and to essentially completely fill the receptacle 21. This means that the edge 43 of the position element 4 comes into contact with the side surface 24 of the sanitary article 2 which delimits the receptacle 21 Recesses in the side surface 24 of the sanitary article 2 are receivable.
The locking element 5 in turn is essentially completely receivable within the through opening 41 of the position element 4. As can be seen, for example, in FIGS. 2 and 3, the through opening 51 is delimited by an approximately cylindrical edge 58. The outer circumference of the edge 58 varies over the length of the locking element 5. Thus, the outer circumference in the area of the outer surface 57, where the aforementioned locking lugs 52 are provided, is larger than that of an adjoining inner section 59, which on the inside when the locking element 5 is received facing the sanitary article 2. The area of the fixing element 5 which has the outer surface 57 can also be referred to as an intermediate section 510. As will be explained in more detail below, however, the locking element 5 also has an active section 53 which is formed on the locking element 5 on a side opposite the inner section 59. The outer circumference of the active section 53 is larger than that of the intermediate section 510 and consequently also larger than that of the inner section 59. The outer circumference of the intermediate section 510 and of the inner section 59 is in each case smaller than the clear width of the through opening 41 in the position element 4. This enables that these sections 59, 510 can be received completely in the through opening 41 of the position element 4. The outer diameter of the active section 53, on the other hand, is larger than the clear width of the through opening 41, so that the active section 53 protrudes from the through opening 41 of the position element 4 when the locking element 5 is received, see e.g. Figure 4.
As can be clearly seen in FIGS. 5 and 6, the sanitary article 2 is fastened to the bearing on the building side by means of two fastening elements 3, each of which has a bearing rod 33, here a threaded rod, an actuating rod 34, and a fastening section 31. Both the bearing rod 33 and the fastening section 31 extend completely through the slot 23, the receptacle 21 and through the through opening 41 of the position element 4 as well as through the through opening 51 of the locking element 5. In the embodiment shown, the fastening section 31 is in the form of a plurality of elastic spring arms which are arranged essentially concentrically with respect to a central axis M running centrally through the fastening element 3. Furthermore, the spring arms 31 are arranged radially spaced from the bearing rod 33. Each spring arm 31 has a tab 32 at its front end. Compared to the spring arms 31, the fastening element 3 has a holding element 35 with a threaded nut 36, the holding element 35 being in operative connection with the actuating rod 34 and the threaded nut 36 being able to engage with the bearing rod 33. As will be explained in more detail below, the fastening sections 31 and in particular the tabs 32 serve to fasten the position element 4 and thereby also the fixing element 5 in the receptacle 21.
The fastening element 3 is rotatably mounted in the sanitary article 2 with respect to an axis of rotation D running perpendicular to the vertical direction V and can be transferred by rotation into at least one first rotational position d1 and into a second rotational position d2. Rotation of the fastening element 3 is achieved by pivoting the actuating rod 34 about the axis of rotation D. This pivoting is then transmitted to the fastening section 31 via the threaded nut 36 and the holding element 35, so that the fastening section 31 rotates about the axis of rotation D. In a first rotational position d1, the actuating rod 34 runs parallel to the vertical direction V and the locking element 5 is prevented from shifting with respect to a horizontal direction H running parallel to the axis of rotation D. Then the sanitary article arrangement 1 is in the fixing position, an adjustment of the mounting height not being possible. This position is shown in Figures 1 to 7. As can be seen in particular from FIGS. 6 and 7, the tabs 32 of the fastening element 3 are in the fixing position between the release section 55 in the region of the stop sections 54 of the locking element 5. Specifically, the tabs 32 are proceeding from the tabs 32 in the direction of the holding element 35 seen in the horizontal direction H in front of the stop portions 54. In this position, the tabs 32 therefore form a stop for the stop sections 54, so that a displacement of the locking element 5 along the horizontal direction H out of the through opening 41 of the position element 4 is prevented. Since the locking lugs 52 of the locking element 5 are in engagement with the toothings 42 of the position element 4, the position element 4 cannot be displaced in the vertical direction V with respect to the locking element 5, the fastening element 3 and consequently the bearing rod 33. In other words, a height adjustment of the sanitary article 2 is impossible.
In the second rotational position 2, the pivoted actuating rod 34 extends at an angle to the vertical direction V and the locking element 5 is mounted on the fastening section 31 such that it can be displaced with respect to the horizontal direction H. Then the sanitary article arrangement 1 is in the adjustment position, an adjustment of the mounting height being possible. This position is shown in Figures 8 and 9. It can be seen in FIGS. 8 and 9 that the tabs 32 of the fastening element 3 are in the adjustment position between the stop sections 54 in the region of the release sections 55. As can be seen from a comparison of FIGS. 6 and 9 or 7 and 8, a radial distance A of the fastening sections 31, and in particular of the tabs 32, with respect to the central axis M in the adjustment position is smaller than in the fixing position. Furthermore, the rotation of the fastening element 3 has the effect that the fastening sections 31, in particular the tabs 32, are pressed in the direction of the central axis M and the tabs 32 have been guided away from the stop sections 54. The stop existing in the fixing position between the tabs 32 and the stop sections 54 was thereby canceled. Furthermore, the radial distance A of the tabs 32 with respect to the central axis M is smaller in the adjustment position than in the fixing position. In particular, an outer circumference of the tabs 32 is now smaller than the diameter of the through opening 51 of the locking element 5. As a result, the locking element 5 can be moved in the adjustment position along the horizontal direction H out of the through opening 41 of the positioning element 4. If the locking element 5 is at least partially removed from the position element 4, the engagement between the locking lugs 52 on the locking element 5 and the teeth 42 on the position element 4 is released. This enables the position element 4 to be displaced in the vertical direction V with respect to the fixing element 5, the fastening element 3 and consequently the bearing rod 33. In other words, a height adjustment of the sanitary article 2 is now possible. For this purpose, the sanitary article 2 is lifted or lowered by the fitter and, as soon as the locking element 5 has been inserted into the through-opening 41 of the position element 4 along the horizontal direction H, the locking element 5 snaps with its locking lugs 52 at a higher or lower level with respect to the original toothing Gearing.
A reduction in the radial distance A of the tabs 32 to the central axis M and leading the tabs 32 away from the stop sections 54 is brought about by the configuration of the release sections 55. As can be seen, for example, from FIG. 3, the release sections 55 have the shape of a triangle which tapers in the direction of the central axis M. The side legs of the triangle, i.e. the side surfaces of the release sections, form a sliding surface 56 for the tabs, along which the tabs 32 slide when the fastening element 3 is rotated from the first rotational position d1 to the second rotational position d2 and vice versa and in the direction of the central axis M. be guided or away from the central axis M. The sliding surfaces 56 allow the radial distance A of the tab 32 with respect to the central axis M to continuously become smaller or larger during the rotational movement of the actuating element 3 from the first rotational position d1 to the second rotational position d2 and vice versa.
In view of the above, it can therefore be said that the locking element 5 is mounted in the sanitary article 2 such that it can be displaced with respect to the position element 4 and the fastening element 3 along the horizontal direction H. The position element 4 in turn is mounted in the sanitary article 2 such that it can be displaced with respect to the fixing element 5 and the fastening element 3 along the vertical direction V. However, neither the locking element 5 nor the position element 4 can be rotated. On the other hand, the fastening element 3 is mounted in the sanitary article 2 such that it can be rotated about the axis of rotation D with respect to the position element 4 and the fixing element 5 but cannot be displaced.
